About Koral L. Ortiz

Koral L. Ortiz was born and raised in Truckee, California, and currently serves as the firm’s Chief People Officer. In this role, Koral leads the firm’s people strategy, focusing on talent development, workplace culture, and aligning team growth with the firm’s long-term goals. She oversees recruiting, employee engagement, and professional development initiatives, while also championing a positive and inclusive workplace.

Koral graduated summa cum laude from San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business, with an emphasis in finance and a minor in Sustainability. Outside of work, she enjoys snowboarding, paddle boarding, singing, and spending time with her friends and family.
