About Brian R. Francis

Brian Francis is a dedicated advocate for his clients, both in and out of the courtroom. After earning his J.D. from Vanderbilt Law School in 2015, he began his legal career assisting low-income clients across Northern California. In 2018, he joined a private practice in Truckee, where he has since focused on resolving complex legal matters in the areas of business formation and transactions, estate planning, and trust and estate administration.

Brian is known for approaching each matter with precision, empathy, and clear communication. He is licensed to practice in California and South Carolina, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Northern Districts of California. He has been recognized by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star from 2021 through 2024.

Outside the office, Brian enjoys mountain biking, playing soccer, and exploring the outdoors with his wife and three sons.
