The platform arrangement is subject to a written agreement addressing origination, work allocation, expenses, collection and payment timing, and other terms. Firm-originated work is subject to availability.

Can I explore the platform without a posted opening?
Yes, you can introduce yourself without a matching job posting. Our platform conversations focus on the fit between your practice and the firm, separately from any advertised employee roles.
What about location, schedule, and practice structure?
Our firm has offices in Truckee and Reno. We will discuss location, schedule, responsibilities, and the structure of your relationship with the firm based on your practice and client needs.
How does the fee split work?
For attorney-originated matters, the attorney receives 80% of collected legal fees and Apricity retains 20%. Firm-originated matters use an agreed-upon split. The written agreement addresses attribution, shared work, expenses, payment timing, and other terms.
What support does the platform include?
We will discuss the firm resources and support available to your practice during the joining process and document the agreed scope. This conversation covers your operational needs, collaboration, and how your practice will function within Apricity.
