- Proficiency with Clio a plus
- Strong drafting and organizational skills
- Based in or near Truckee, CA
The Role
Draft contracts, handle entity formation, and support commercial real estate transactions. Competitive base salary with origination incentives. Modern workflows including AI-assisted contract review.

The Role
Handle civil litigation matters across business disputes, real estate, and related practice areas. Manage cases from intake through resolution — including pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial preparation.

- 2+ years civil litigation experience
- Active California bar license
- Strong research, writing, and courtroom skills
- Business or real estate litigation background a plus
