Apricity Law Welcomes Associate Attorney Emily Kershenbaum to Its Growing Practice
Apricity Law is excited to announce the addition of Emily Kershenbaum as an Associate Attorney. Emily brings a powerful combination of legal experience, public agency insight, and planning expertise to the firm’s expanding transactional business and real estate practice.
Emily earned her J.D., cum laude, from SMU Dedman School of Law, where she was repeatedly recognized on the Dean’s List and honored for her legal writing in the Jackson Walker Moot Court Competition. During law school, she held internships with the California Department of Justice, the California Tahoe Conservancy, the U.S. Department of Agriculture, and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas. Her legal work spanned real estate, land use, regulatory compliance, and government-facing transactions.
She also holds dual master’s degrees in Public Health and Public Administration from the University of Colorado and a B.S. in Nutrition from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo.
At Apricity Law, Emily focuses on transactional business and real estate matters, including entity formation, contract drafting, real property sales and acquisitions, commercial leasing, and land use due diligence. Based in Truckee, she works closely with entrepreneurs, property owners, and investors across Northern California and Nevada.
Emily lives in Truckee with her husband and daughter and enjoys hiking, skiing, gardening, and participating in community events.
